What are
Immigration Psych Evaluations
An immigration psychological evaluation is a forensic mental health assessment by a licensed psychologist to support an immigration case. It provides an objective clinical opinion on how trauma, mental health symptoms, cognitive issues, or psychological hardship relate to the relevant legal standard.
Clinical Consulting LLC collaborates with immigration attorneys to ensure evaluations meet evidentiary needs and remains available for consultation and follow-up.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the evaluation typically take to complete? Evaluations typically take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the type of evaluation and the complexity of the case.
If I need my evaluator to testify as an expert witness, will they provide this service? Expert witness testimony may be available in select cases. Requests for testimony are handled separately and are subject to availability, scope of testimony, and applicable fees.
Does a psychological evaluation guarantee case approval? No. A psychological evaluation does not guarantee approval of an immigration application. It is considered one piece of evidence alongside legal arguments, documentation, and other
supporting materials.
